Welcome to Pittsburgh Shuttle Service. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions designed to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all passengers.
1. Bookings & Reservations
Bookings are confirmed once full payment or a valid credit card guarantee is provided. All flight information must be accurate to ensure proper pickup scheduling.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Please review our cancellation terms:
- Full Refund: Cancel 24+ hours before pickup.
- 50% Charge: Cancel less than 24 hours before pickup.
- No Refund (No-Show): Failure to cancel or passenger absence at the pickup location.
3. Passenger Conduct
To ensure safety and comfort:
- Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
- Smoking (including vaping) is strictly prohibited.
- Consumption of alcohol is not permitted unless pre-authorized.
- Drivers reserve the right to refuse service to disorderly passengers.
4. Luggage Policy
Passengers are permitted standard luggage (2 suitcases + 2 carry-ons). Additional luggage may incur extra fees and must be requested in advance. We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.
5. Waiting Time & Liability
We offer a complimentary 15-minute waiting time for standard pickups and 30 minutes for airport arrivals. Pittsburgh Shuttle Service is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or security checkpoints.
